Types of Trees
2
Trees are an important part of our world. They are either deciduous or evergreen. Let us learn more about them.
3
They grow outward and have a rounded shape. Their leaves are generally broad and flat. They need a lot of warmth and water to grow. Deciduous Trees
4
During the autumn season their leaves fall off. The trees remain bare during the winter months. The seeds are covered with a hard nutshell or are a fleshy fruit. Examples of deciduous trees are: Oak, Maple, Mango
5
They go upward and have a triangular shape. They are softwood trees. They are never completely without leaves. They have long pointed needles or small flat scales. Evergreen Trees
6
Their seeds grow in cones. Most of the evergreen trees can grow in poor soil. Examples of evergreen trees are: Pine, Juniper and Conifers.
