2. Introduction  Nowadays there is no easy way for internet users to access and set-up an infrastructure needed for surfing the web.  In this project we have implemented a scheme that allows a client to select an ISP via selection server located on the client's intranet.

3. System Description  The clients receive their IP configuration from a DHCP Server.  When a user wants to access the internet, he accesses a web page located on a Selection Server.  The web page allows the user to select an ISP, or disconnect from his current ISP.

Presentation Scenario  CM37NT75 obtains local address (10.0.0.75).  CM37NT77 obtains local address (10.0.0.77).  CM37NT75 selects Bezeq (132.68.37.70).  CM37NT77 selects Bezeq (no available IP).  CM37NT77 selects Netvision (132.68.37.68).  CM37NT75 switches to Netvision (132.68.37.69).  CM37NT77 disconnects (10.0.0.77).
