Tiirakari 9 Contracts review On going 1.Restructuring the annual site maintenance contracts, emphasizing improvements in the user friendliness of the site, taking into account safety and environmental aspects, and the evolution of construction norms and legislation in the EU and Switzerland; 1.Designing and creating a site information computer application, which will serve as the basis for the financial and operational management of the works carried out on the CERN sites.

Advantages: you are exempt from paying VAT and/or importation duties the registration certificate is delivered free of charge you do not need "technical evaluation" (contrôle technique) Disadvantages:  restrictions concerning driving rights: a vehicle registered on green license plates can only be driven by the member of personnel and/or the members of his/her family who hold the same type of French "carte spéciale".
