The ‘cups’ holding that nourishment have been many things: the support of caring people, the comfort of animals and the natural world, the inspiration of others running their own gruelling races, and the love of a heavenly Father.” Isaiah 40:31 "But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will be strong like eagles soaring upwards on wings: they will walk and run without getting tired."

12. 53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.” 55 “Where, O death, is your victory?
