Tick the “reviewed” box next to: 3.2 be aware of the barriers that can prevent effective communication taking place, such as the use of jargon, noise, poor choice of communication channel or medium (e.g. using a mobile phone when the signal is unreliable) and inappropriate presentation of the message (e.g. the message may be too complex for the intended audience)
