Outcomes Public involvement is a part of what we do every day and we consistently involve people in our work People can easily find out what the health and social care partnership is, what it does, and how to get involved People feel they are able to be involved if they want to and that they can make a difference We have a strong relationship with the community groups and networks that support people to have a voice More people choose to be involved in our work including people who find it harder to participate or to be heard We provide better care for people because we respond to ongoing feedback from a wide range of people We make decisions with people and we can show how working with people has made a difference
