This reading list presents a variety of different genres. Reading a variety of genres will help students discover their reading likes and dislikes. We hope that students will discover other books by the authors listed. The suggested summer reading list includes selections from the American Library Association and the Attleboro Public Library Children's’ Librarians. Although the books on the list are appropriate for middle school students, families have different perspectives on what is most suitable for their children. Please review these books carefully before deciding which ones are most appropriate for your child. Most titles are available at the Attleboro Public Library. http://www.sailsinc.org/attleboro/apl.asp Phone: (508) 222-7820 Cate Merlin, the Young Adult Services Coordinator can assist in choosing just right books.
