10. Foreclosure materials will be accepted at the HHW collection centers on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only at the Central Disposal Facility (2250 Adamson Rd. Cocoa) and at Mockingbird Mulch Facility (3600 South St. Titusville). Hours of operation at the HHW collection centers are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A limit of 25 gallons per home only will be accepted. Routine household cleaning and maintenance products will be accepted such as paint, lawn and garden products, insecticides, pesticides, solvents, motor oil and household cleaners. Materials will be accepted only with a copy of the work order (from financial institution) per each home. Copies of work order(s) are to be left with technicians at HHW centers. Work orders will only be accepted with issue dates no older than two months previous to disposal date. Foreclosure materials will only be accepted from foreclosed homes in Brevard County. The following material(s) will NOT be accepted: ● containers larger than five gallon ● bilge water ● bio-hazardous materials (sharps) ● fire extinguishers ● radioactive materials ● cooking oil ● compressed gas cylinders larger than 30 gallon ● commercial /industrial generated hazardous materials (businesses, non-profits, Government agencies) ● ammo greater than 50 caliber ● explosives ● empty, hardened, or dried up containers (dispose of these in regular trash with lids removed)

11. Foreclosure Results 2008/2009 – Processed 160 foreclosure homes 2010 – Processed 161 foreclosure homes 2011 – Processed 168 foreclosure homes to date Potentially 12,150 gallons of materials processed from foreclosed homes Brevard County unique due to the Space Shuttle Program closure. Approximately 6000 layoffs to date
