State Program  Application acceptance on rolling basis.  This program offers $120,000 in loan redemption over 4 years and requires a minimum of 32 hours/week for the first two years.  After 2 years, participants can drop back to part time.  Only General Dentists and Pediatric Dentists can apply for loan redemption through the state. Americorps engages Americans in intensive service each year at nonprofits, schools, public agencies, and community and faith-based groups across the country. Americorps programs do more than move communities forward; they serve their members by creating jobs and providing pathways to opportunity for young people entering workforce. AmeriCorps places thousands of young adults into intensive service positions where they learn valuable work skills, earn money for education, and develop an appreciation for citizenship.
