6 UH Provider Directory App Goal Two-part goal is to drive both downloads and usage of Provider App 1.80% of a respective department must download app 2.Each provider on average should use the app search function 25 times during the six month measurement period –Equates to one search per week –To avoid any one provider contributing all the searches, each individual is capped at 50 searches (2X the expected average) Scenario example – Department A has 10 faculty members At least 8 physicians must download app to satisfy part 1 If 8 physicians download, the department would need 200 searches (8 users x 25 searches) during the measurement period with no one doctor contributing more than 50 searches 6
