Physical Effectiveness Pillar Suggestions Allow cadet leadership during PT to increase the intensity. Most of the corps are now used to waking up for Regimental PT, however the biggest complaint is that it is a waste of time because it is a “Cake Walk” as stated by many. Create incentives that make people want to do above the bare minimum; 270+ will let a cadet skip one PT a week. 300+ will not require a cadet to go to PT at all.

Color Guard In-house training Typical month: – 4 formal parades – 4 basketball games – 2 alumni center events – 3 - 5 in-town events All tasking comes through the Commandant’s Department PB does not loan the Color Guard Equipment

Flags In-house training 500 Main Post Flag Ceremonies a year. All retreat parades All football games (19 cadets needed for a Garrison Flag 20 x 28 feet)
