03.09.2014V.Duk, INFN Perugia CHOD/NHOD FE CHOD: 4 LAV FEE boards 4 x 32 = 128 channels, 256 channels in the TEL62 (2 TDCBs) NHOD: 1 LAV FEE board 32 channels (1 dead), 64 channels in the TEL62 (1/2 TDCB) Status: 4 LAV FEE boards are provided by LAV people Threshold offsets for 4 LAV FEE boards to be measured in September The 5 th LAV FEE board will be provided by LAV people Cabling (patch panel to LAV FEE, LAV FEE to TEL62) to be done in September, all cables ready 6

03.09.2014V.Duk, INFN Perugia CHOD L0 trigger 9 Hardware trigger ( σ ~ 2-3 ns) : Q1 can be implemented using LAV FEE ORs and NIM modules NHOD trigger: in the same way Firmware trigger ( σ ~ 0.5 ns) : CHOD firmware is based on the RICH firmware (input sorting, clustering) Impact point correction added (algorithm developed by Cristiano Santoni) L0 trigger primitive types and codes presented by Mauro Piccini in April Status: Hardware trigger to be done in September (straightforward) Firmware tests in progress (C. Santoni, Luigi Marzocchella)
