PAPER CLIP DISCUSSION “STATE OF THE UNION” IN 1876

RULES OF PAPER CLIP DISCUSSIONS You will each be allocated 4 paper clips. If you want to contribute to the discussion, make a comment or ask a question, you must spend one paper clip Comments should be between 30-60 seconds and build on what has been previously stated Comments should be supported with specific evidence whenever possible. Discussion will be 15 minutes in length and all paperclips must be spent by the end. Extra paperclips may be awarded for particularly insightful comments
