2 Explanation  Has / Have (not) been + infinitive + -ing  You use the Present Perfect Continuous to describe that something happened in the past and what is still going on.  The difference between Present Perfect Simple and Present Perfect Continuous is that you can use the Present Perfect Continuous to emphasize (benadrukken) that something is going on very long.

4 Keys  You have been waiting here for two hours.  Has he been sitting here for two hours?  You have not been eating here for two hours

5 Explanation You can also use the Present Perfect Continuous WITHOUT a duration such as "for two weeks". Without the duration, the tense has a more general meaning of "lately".
