3. ALUMNI Please forward updated alumni information VISITORS AND EVENTS If you will host visitors during the school day, please notify the advancement office. If you need linen for an event or a gift for a visitor, please contact the advancement office three days prior to the event and/or visit.

4. ARTWORK * BRANDING * PRINTING The STM school-wide logo must appear on the backside of all clubs and sports t-shirts. All artwork must be emailed to the STM coach or moderator who has placed the order and to michelle.curtis@stmcougars.net for prior approval. michelle.curtis@stmcougars.net Student Activities must receive prior approval of all t-shirt ideas from Mrs. Denise Breaux and Coach Rich Lane Athletics must receive artwork approval from Kim Broussard during the PO process.

DONATIONS Building More Annual Appeal 2013 - addresses the present needs of the school by identifying priorities as set forth in the school’s strategic plan STM Foundation - addresses the future of Catholic Education through an endowed fund. Co-curricular Fundraising – addresses the current needs of the co- curricular budgets. STM Parent Teacher Club – act as liaison between school and community.

6. A copy of all donations $250 and over should be sent to advancement for acknowledgement. In-kind donations – please report all to the Advancement Office for acknowledgement.

7. MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS All-call requests should be made a week in advance All communication should be sent to advancement for approval prior to mailing. Please request letterhead.
