Modifications Modifications to the GCE Chemistry AS 3 and A2 3 Practical Examinations and to the Guidelines and Procedures for their conduct for the summer 2013 series. ‘Teacher Agreement’ marks for titrations – Removed from both the AS 3 and A2 3 examination papers. Marks have been reallocated to other practical questions within question 1. Teacher’s Copy of the examination – The Teacher’s Copy will only contain the minimum requirement of marks so that practical tasks can be trialed 3 working days in advance of the practical examination. Question 1 will no longer appear on the Teacher’s Copy. Mark Schemes - The mark schemes for the practical exams will now be delivered into centres the day after the alternative session for both the AS and A2 practical exams. JCQ Centre Inspection Service - Previously the practical exams were not inspected. AS 3 and A2 3 practical examinations have now been added to the programme for the JCQ Centre Inspection Service.
