5 Teamwork The Team resolves to come together in the spirit of friendship, collegiality, and learning through combined social and academic events between the two Emergency Medicine residency programs. 12 Community The team will endeavor to give back to the communities through: Health advocacy via volunteer workHealth advocacy via volunteer work –at women’s and homeless shelters. –street youth programs. –providing medical support at events. –participate in fundraising events such as Breast Cancer Run for the Cure, MS walk. –Support Christmas/Holiday initiatives undertaken by the staff at various Emergency Departments.
