How Points Are Earned 1. Exhibiting: Companies MUST exhibit at the previous year’s event in order to accumulate points. 2. Booth Size: Every exhibitor will receive 1 point for exhibiting and 1 point for every 100 square feet of booth space. 3. Longevity: Exhibitors will receive 1 point per year beginning with the first year they exhibited at a RIMS Annual Conference (exhibitors will only receive these points the first year this system is in place) www.rims.org

RIMS Total Event Spend For RIMS 2017, total event spend includes booth cost, registration, and sponsorship at the following events: ERM Conference Legislative Summit NeXtGen Summit RIMS Annual Conference Risk Forum Australasia Risk Forum Latin America Risk Forum Middle East Risk Summits (any) Future RIMS event in India (TBD) (Events counting to the Total Event Spend may change year to year. Events counting the Total Event Spend will be confirmed before the start of a new RIMS calendar year, see below) The RIMS booth selection calendar will start every year on May 1 and end the following April 30. 2017 Booth Selection: May 1, 2015-April 30, 2016 2018 Booth Selection: May 1, 2016-April 30, 2017 2019 Booth Selection: May 1, 2017-April 30, 2018 *calendar cycle is subject to change depending on date of RIMS Annual Conference* www.rims.org

How Points Are Deducted Violations in the Exhibitor Rules and Regulation will result in points deducted from a company’s total score. Here are the penalties: Rule ViolationPoints Deducted Going outside the room block-40 Badge Swap-10 Booth Violation-10 Violation of Mailing List Agreement-20 Branding Violation-40 Hosting competing off site eventsALL POINTS Cancelling Advertisements-5 www.rims.org There is a one year grace period for exhibitors who are not able to participate in a future RIMS Annual Conference. Not exhibiting in two consecutive years will result in a forfeiture of all priority points.

Tie Breakers In the event two or more exhibitors accumulate the same amount of points in the specified time frame the following are used as tie breakers to determine selection order: 1.Company who has been exhibiting the longest. 2.Company who has more amount of registered staff at the RIMS 2016 Annual Conference & Exhibition (exhibitor, ECOMP, & full conference badges). www.rims.org
