1. Group work exercise 8th session of ILO-WAIPA training

2. What is it? It's a simple role playing game in which each participant will be given a role. There's a scenario which describes the current situation in a random country named Zandoa and an international investor who's approaching Zandoa's government with a particular propositions. Each participant will have to dive deep into his/her role and reach some desired outcomes (be patient, we will come to that in a minute).

3. What's the purpose? Share professional experience Understand best practices Learn from experience Practice what was lectured in the preceding days Create new personal relationships

4. Desired outcomes Read the General description and the Scenario Prepare PowerPoint presentation with no more than 10 slides each Presentations should explain: - What is your take on TACOM’s investment proposal in the context of the country’s economic and social goals? - How would you proceed with the negotiations? - Shape Zandoa's foreign investment strategy in the long run and in the case of TACOM as well.
