TULARE-KINGS LINKED LEARNING CONSORTIUM Founded in 2013 AB790 grant with 7 original districts To sustain a collaborative network to advance integrated academics with career based learning and real world work experiences to ensure that students are prepared for college, career, and life. 2014 – 11 districts Tulare-Kings Regional Hub Of Excellence Tulare County Office of Education is leading pathway development

VTEC Visalia Technical Early College was established in 2010 with a vision and a mission: VTEC Vision- Students learn best with “hands on” projects, based on authentic academic and technical standards. VTEC Mission-To give students a focused education for successful transition into college and careers
