The Studio --a Media Production Area Multimedia computers and high-end software for use by students or faculty Student production of multimedia assignments 2 rooms for collaborative work Instructional programs for users and one-on-one assistance Staff: Technical/consulting staff expert & Media Services Librarian (from existing staff lines)

Digital Image Collections Meet campus-wide needs for digital images Faculty in many subject areas need images to bring into their teaching Subscribe to or purchase digital image collections Facilitate move from slides to digital image collections

Technology staffing Joint management committee w/OIT and Libraries Primary goals as a digital production facility: Digitize and store instructional materials for faculty at no cost to faculty Provide drop off service to convert all formats: print, images, sound, and visual materials
