2. When I worked at HSBC China, a customer was so hurry to transfer 120 thousand CAD to Canada Government to pay her immigration deposit. There were just 3 days for her to do that. And she already waited for the immigration for 5 years. But she just had CNY in her account. In China mainland people can neither exchange nor transfer oversea over 50 thousand USD in one day, and there will be 3 days to make the money get Canada.

3. Firstly, I made myself calm down. And thought what can I do to solve this emergency case. I openned an HSBC account in Hong Kong for her. After that I let her, her husband and son all come to the counter, and made them exchange 120 thousand CAD together, then transferred to her HK account. I filled a HK transfer form for her and scanned to Hong Kong co- worker.

4. The money got Canada Government in time. The customer was very appreciate for my help, and so satisfied about HSBC service.
