“I am writing you this e-mail to thank you for taking the time to teach the Ag Spanish classes. I use the language every day, and even though I still struggle sometimes, the value of learning this language is priceless to me. I often surprise my crew… with my knowledge and understanding. I just wanted to tell you how much I valued your class and how it really did make a difference in my daily life.” -M. Colson Preparing Our Undergraduates For Internships & Future Jobs!

“I can honestly say that your class has helped me a lot so far. I have had a lot of fun working with these guys, and have been able to communicate effectively with them. A lot of the guys respect me more, and they also work a little harder because I am able to understand their needs and troubles. There is definitely a difference between their approach to things with me than the other interns.” – T. Bloom

Preparing Our Undergraduates For Internships & Future Jobs! “Personally, this trip was an amazing learning experience for me. I feel that my improvements in speaking Spanish and knowledge of the culture will assist me when I interact with others in our industry. I am currently employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture- Bureau of Market Development, and I know that the skills which I learned will help me in my job. I will be able to better communicate with others when I discuss Pennsylvania agriculture and our products.” –R. Kilgore
