ALL STUDENTS The open area computer rooms will be re-opened, with immediate effect; only senior students (S4-S6) will be allowed access to the computers during the exam leave period. Given that there have been some breaches of ‘respect’ in terms of litter from our junior students, the open areas will remain out of bounds to all S1-S3 students. Whether you’re greeting people at the welcome desk, serving them at the counter or at any other area of the branch, your role is to help customers get the great service they deserve. That might mean simply answering a question or processing a transaction, but you’re also there to find out how you can support your customers needs further.
