How we operate……….. Not for profit……nor for loss! Business demand identified, aggregated and planned Partner businesses commits to provide +3months placements in next 12 months – signs CoTrain SLA CoTrain (with CITB) recruits and employs best apprentice Placed with ‘host contractors’ at agreed fee to get required experience to complete apprenticeship Transition to permanent employment
