What do you see in the picture?. What animals do you see in the picture? As motivation, teacher applies all students.

Wild and domestic animals. Horse is a domestic animal and lives in the stable. A horse is our friend. Horse eats grass. Lion is a wild animal and lives in the forest. Lion eats meat and big animals. It is dangerous. Which animal can be our pet? The horse or the lion? Why?(individual answer by students)

The camels are brown and white. The bears are brown too. What else do you know about these animals? (The students will work in groups, it is one group’s work)

What animals do you see in the picture and what else do you know about them? (Class was divided in four groups. It is the other one group’s work. For group work time is announced.It is ten minutes.)

What animals are they? Where do they live? What do they eat ? what colour are they? What else do you know about them? (It is the third group’s work)

What kind of animal are deer and elephants? What do you know about them? ( The fourth group’s work )

It is hyena. Hyena eats meat. It is dangerous. Hyena lives near a lion. It can be a lion’s neighbor. The lion kills an animal and the hyena is very cunning it can eat the animal that the lion hunts. (After assessment the groups’ work the teacher give new group work. Time is twenty minutes. It is for one group. Teacher read new words and explain their mean by synonym words or gests- hyena, cunning, neighbor, hunt )Read the text and answer the question? 1. What kind of animal is hyena? 2. Whose neighbor is it? 3. Where does hyena live?

Frog lives in the water. Every spring you can hear their songs. They eat flies and insects. French and Chinese love eating the frog meat. The hips of the frog is their lovely food. They boiled the frog. It can be green, white, brown. ( It is second group’s work. The students must answer the questions. Teacher reads the unknown words and explain them too.-fly, hip, French, Chinese, boil ) 1. Whose lovely food is frog? 2. What color can frog be? 3. Where do frog live?

All parrots have curved beaks, four toes on each foot. Most parrots eat fruit, flowers, nuts, seeds, insects. They like warm climates. They are good pets. ( It is third group’s work. Teacher explains new words by synonym words, pictures or synonym words- nut, seed, warm climate. Students answer the questions. 1. What color is the parrot? 2. What do parrots eat? 3. Are parrots pets?

Snakes hear through their skin, swallow the prey. Snakes can’t see the color but can see the light. The flying snake lives in Southeast Asia. Snakes use their venom for eating their prey. ( It is the fourth group’s work. Teacher explains new words- skin, prey, venom, through. Students answer the questions.) 1. Are snakes dangerous? Why? 2.what kind of snakes are there? 3. Where does live flying snake?
