3. Proposal We proposed supply and installation the phone (wire's phone) and the system. The solution is to change the old system and use new one. We will use Communications system from Cisco. we will dealing with stc to connect the phone lines

4. 2.3 Statement of work To implement the proposed solution we need to do the following tasks: * task1: Acquire the necessary equipment- wireless access points IP phones Unified- ESW 500 adapters and other. * Task 2 replace the old system by the new one. * Task 3 installing the program in the computers and connect them together 3 Costs and time

5. Task 1: this task will cost 200,000 SR and it will take one month. Task 2 : this task will cost 300,000 SR and it will take 4 month. Task 3 : this task will cost 100 SR per computer and it will take 4 week

6. Progress In accordance to our contract please find enclosed firs progress report of the project. the accepted proposal was in 15 of August.

7. Task completed task1: Acquire the necessary equipment After we sign the contract, the work stared directly. We made a deal with Cisco company for acquire the equipment. After three week all the equipment were available. So we finished this tasks before the scheduled time.

8. 2.2 Tasks remaining Task 2 replace the old system by the new one. Task 3 installing the program in the computers and connect them together. By plan B, we are well ahead of the schedule.
