6. Larynx: Voice box (very sensative)

7. Glottis: Vocal cords

8. Trachea: Wind pipe. 4.5” long. Rings of hyaline cartilage keep it open. Lined with a mucous membrane.

9. Bronchi: Branches of trachea. Similar to trachea.

10. Bronchioles: Branch of bronchi. Thin walls of smooth muscle.

11. Alveoli: Air sacs. Single layer of epithelial tissue. High humidity.
