2. Process Overview 1.Sign Hosting Agreement for desired sites. 2.Migrate existing sites and email addresses. 3.Develop a theme for the new site design. 4.Create new versions of each redesign in a “sandbox” area. 5.Upon approval of new site, publish as the live website.

3. First Steps: Decisions Decide which sites to commit to: – www.eckelusa.com www.eckelusa.com – www.eckel.ca www.eckel.ca – www.eckeleurope.co.uk www.eckeleurope.co.uk Decide if we should manage domains, or they should remain with existing domain company.

4. Sign Hosting Agreement We will send you a proposal and agreement for each of the sites desired to be hosted with us.

5. Migrate Existing Sites We may need FTP access to the existing site, which should be on file somewhere with Eckel Acoustic. We will also need to know the email addresses required so we can set them up on our server. Once the existing site is running and tested on our server, we will change the DNS records for the domain.

6. Develop new Eckel theme We will work closely with you to develop a new look and feel that is more representative of the Eckel brand Professional, clean, modern (AJAX). The theme will be the framework for the site: header, footer, navigation and main body Each redesigned site will use this theme, with possibility for minor changes.

7. Sandbox for redesigns We will create a temporary “sandbox” url for each redesign where we can implement the new theme and add all necessary content. Example: http://dev.eckelusa.comhttp://dev.eckelusa.com Allows a place for us to work together on the site as well as a place to test and train. Majority of redesign work will be done at this stage, including content population and site review.

8. Publish New Site Once we have all agreed on the implementation of the new theme, all necessary content has been populated, and site navigation is properly set up, we will move the development “sandbox” site to the live url and the site will be published

9. Appendix: Related Costs Each site to be hosted with us will require a separate hosting agreement / contract. The current proposal is $49.95 / month for each site. IMAP is included, but more space for each mailbox may be required. For 2GB mailboxes (assuming around 60 email addresses), the price would be $79.95 / month).

10. Appendix: Related Costs The theme design will require about 1.5 weeks of effort. We value our development time at $100 / hour. Each redesign will be quoted individually based on the amount of content that needs to be populated. Additional components / views, such as a blog, or calendar of events, will also factor into the cost of each redesign.

11. Payment Considerations We will require a minimum deposit of 1/3 the cost of the development to begin. The second payment will be billed at an agreeable halfway point. The remainder will be billed upon publishing the site. Hosting fees begin upon signing.
