3. Albert BanduraAlbert Bandura is one of the most influential psychologist of our time. Amongst many of his contributions to other fields in psychology, he's the originator of social learning theory (Albert Bandera, 2011). His theory examines the natural inclination that both children and adults learn through imitation during social interactions and media influences. Much of this theory began from studying aggression in children and his experiment called "Bobo doll" shows different behavior patterns of children exposed to aggressive behavior. In his book, along with his colleague, Social Learning and Personality Development rejected psychoanalytic ideas that were common at the time and adopted a “purer” learning approach from social issues (Grusec, 1992). He wanted to show learning is influenced by the environment.
