First Nations Mental Health and Addictions Services Integration Strategies CA Host: Bigstone Improved continuum of care for First Nations people suffering from substance abuse and addiction through integration of mental health and addictions services Improved crisis response services for First Nations communities Standardize and improve the discharge planning process for First Nations people upon release from hospitals and mental health facilities Establish more effective prevention strategies through improving service coordination and information sharing
