18 Conclusions  RFR allows MFI to specify their own specific social goals.  RFR allows MFI to track client experiences for better understand the needs of each person and design products and services according to these needs (client satisfaction social + mission goals + financial results).  RFR system allows to manage MFI social information directly from MFI database, controling quality and eliminating data errors. Low costs, grate results.
