4 EOY UAT Schedule Update Test Week 2 EOY 2 Program Participation and EOY 4 Student Waivers Testing CALPADS Pre-production environment will be available daily from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. An updated EOY UAT Known Issues and UAT Release Update were posted to the UAT FTP site on Wednesday 4/25/12 Recommended Testing Schedule for EOY UAT

5 EOY UAT Status Update Test Week 2 – EOY 2 (Program Participation) and EOY 4 (Student Waivers) scheduled to be conducted – Update EOY 2 and EOY 4 Execution log with testing progress Test Week 3 – EOY 3 (Discipline) and EOY 1 (Course Completion) scheduled to be conducted – Update EOY 3 and EOY 1 Execution log with testing progress

6 EOY UAT Status Update 34 out of 41 (83%) LEAs sent in at least one Execution Log last week Approximately 2/3 have tested the Online Program Participation and 1/2 have test the Batch Program Participation Approximately 1/3 have tested the ODS and Certification Reports

12 EOY UAT Reminders LEAs should report their progress to the CDE using the UAT Test Scenario Execution Log and emailing the updated log twice a week on Wednesday and Friday to the CALPADS UAT Service Desk account – calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov Please include the following in the title of the email: – “Execution Log 2011MMDD for XXXX ” – Where MM is and month submitted and DD is the day submitted and XXXX the name of your LEA – This Fridays Execution Log submittal should be titled as follows: “Execution Log 20110309 for Palo Alto Unified”

16 EOY UAT Service Desk Recap Reporting Problems to the Service Desk LEA UAT participants should report all problems (potential defects, issues) as they are identified by emailing the UAT email account: – calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov NOTE: DO NOT report UAT problems through the CALPADS webform When reporting a PROBLEM include the following in your email: – Subject – Your name – Phone number – Bread crumb – Describe what you were doing, what you expected from the system, and what happened Requesting Help from the Service Desk LEA UAT participants should request Help by emailing the UAT email account: – calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov calpadsuat-sd@cde.ca.gov When requesting HELP include the following in your email: – Subject (include the word “help”) – Your name – Phone number – CALPADS UAT user ID – Job # (if applicable) – Description of what you need help with 16
