When you are invited to attend an event or do any other activity, you must make sure that you get all of the necessary information. The information that you need when you give or receive an invitation includes: the date and time the place where you will meet When telling others about your plans, remember to state: where you will go what you will do there when you will leave and when you will return

Work in pairs. You are phoning a great mind that your admire and inviting him/her to give a lecture to your class. S1 pretends to be the great mind. S2 calls S1 and invites him/her to your school. You must tell him/her. what you would like him/her to talk about when you want him/her to come what time you want him/her to come how he/she can get to your school where you will meet him/her when he/she arrivers
