20. Professional Elements With regards to Professional development: MTs are less likely to think it's insufficient training but more likely to complain about times offered. MTs also prefer college courses/seminars more than other 2014 teachers What certificates do you hold? Where are you certified to teach? Almost all MTs have APC but are less diverse in other certificates than the rest of 2014 teachers (similar to 2012 teachers). A much larger proportion of MTs are certified in CS than other 2014 teachers and more MTs are certified in Math than other 2014 teachers.
