All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 7 CSCC Access Part 1 1.Click the “update” link from the guest level screen 2.Click the Go Now button to sign up for additional access 3.Under the Additional Access section click “Edit this Information” to continue 4.Click “Add Bill to IDs (BIDs) to profile for ordering or support access” 5.Enter in the BIDs separated by a comma and click Submit

All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 8 Partner Self-Service – Partner Level Access 1.Go to cisco.com/go/pss 2.From the Select a Task drop down menu, select “Associate Myself to a Company” 3.In the pop-up, select your country and enter a partial company name 4.Select the address for which you are located and click Next 5.An email will be sent to your Company’s Administrator 6.You will receive an email with the company Administrators contact information from gpa- admin@cisco.comgpa- admin@cisco.com

All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 9 What does it allow a Partner to do? 1.Associate Yourself to a Contract Link a CCO ID to a Partner Company and raise the access level to Partner Level access within the tools 2.Register Your Company Allows a Company to declare their Partner Level status by submitting needed information to Cisco How do I find my Company’s Administrator? 1.Final submission screen for Association gives a User the Administrators name and email address 2.Once associated to a company, you can click “View Profile” on PSS main page to view your company’s administrators Partner Self-Service (PSS) Tool

All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 10 Contract Viewing Access 1.Go to cisco.com/go/ssc and click the “Open a Case” link 2.Click the Create a New Account button 3.Click the “Ask a Question” tab to open a case 4.Select the category: 1.General Information 2.Cisco.com Profile 3.Access Level (guest,L1, L3-indirect) 5.In the Question box enter in your CCO ID and ask to be auto-registered to the bids you inputted in CSCC Access Part 1 6.Ask to be granted access to CSCC as well 7.Click Finish Submitting My Question

All rights reserved.Cisco ConfidentialPresentation_ID 14 Key Facts 1.CSCC screens will only display information related to the contracts to which you have access. 2.SNIF will show all **** if the serial number exists, but is not on a contract to which you have access. 3.POM Reports may show smaller renewal opportunities than a colleague. Also, filter sets sent to you may not function the same way as your co-workers. 4.You may experience issues obtaining access to quotes others have created within your company. 5.Serial numbers may appear uncovered when searched if you do not have the appropriate access levels set ** Open a Service Support Center Case to resolve any of the above issues**
