The bi-annual timesheets and convention forms are sent to the Management team for their review and approval, after which is passed to the relevant financial department.

3 DEVELOPMENTS WITHIN THE PROJECT RESEARCH UNIT Is PRESENT AND FUNCTIONING as YSMU structural unit Science Department Regulation which includes the tasks and responsibilities of divisions and employees. It regulates relations within the institution and with the outer structures. DEVELOPED DOCUMENTS – FACT-FINDING Doc, ROAD-MAP, STRATEGIC PLAN Contract between University, PhD SS and PhD Student. 25/03/2016

4 CURRENT AND UPCOMING ACTIVITIES PhD program and its development, external review PhD students have both educational component (40 credits) and research component (140 credits). Pharmacology The pilot project is now being reformed to be in line with the lessons learnt within the EU Tempus Veritas Project and with EU standards. Within the PhD program there are 8 PhD students.

5 DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES 25/03/2016 IN-HOUSE TRAINING - An interactive training with around 40 participants DISSEMINATION newsletters, brochures

6 25/03/2016 STUDY VISIT Computer modelling in each research educational component (Heidelberg Ruprecht-Karls University example) should be introduced. Another learning outcome concerns the challenge-based learning experience which is a learning experience where the learning takes places through the identification, analysis and design of a solution to a socio-technical problem. Based on UDG example we saw the university-industry connection which has high impact on the PhD system. YSMU won a summer school grant project dedicated to the labor market.
