If the LUA is done at the incident, use Procurement Identifier – P as it is a purchase of a one-time rental. Sequential number series – use the 5000 series Ex. LUA Agreement Negotiated Rate Suggestions Bare Land/Staging/Drop Point/Overflow Parking FS: $50/$100/day ODF: $50/day DNR: $50/$100/day Gray Water Disposal FS: Usually fixed/commercial rate; $.12 to $.50/1,000 gal ODF: Usually fixed/commercial rate or included with equipment DNR: Contractor responsible & provide invoice
