2. Conference Itinerary Wednesday, April 15, - Saturday, April 18, 2015. Wednesday, April 15: –Depart for Seven Springs during school 12:00 pm –Students will eat lunch before leaving –Resort Check In/Event Registration/Testing Sessions (3) Thursday, April 16: –Opening Ceremonies (AM) –Testing Sessions (2) –Competitive Events throughout the day.

3. Conference Itinerary Friday, April 17: –Competitive Events throughout the day. –Business Meeting (Evening) –Dance/Social (Evening) Saturday, April 18: –Awards Ceremony (8:00 am-12:00pm) Planned to be presented online –Food Stop at Dairy Queen in Donegal, PA –Return to Blackhawk High School (Approx. 3:00 pm)

5. Cost Information $420 $50 Conference Registration Fee (Covered through chapter account funds) $46 (Per Student)Transportation Costs $324 (Triple/Quad Occupancy) for three nights and 7 meals. (Amount Covered TBD) –Students will be staying at “The Villages” Seven Springs Condos. (Tentatively) –All meals are all you can eat. Students are expected to pay/fundraise $331 by April 1, 2015. ($331 is the max. could be less) –Some students have already fundraised towards this amount.

Official TSA Attire Blazer: navy blue with official TSA patch (Patches $5) Ties: scarlet red imprinted with TSA logo (for males and females) (Men's Ties $15 Women’s Ties $5) Shirt or blouse: white, button-up with turn down collar Pants or skirt: light gray Socks: males only (black or dark blue) Shoes: black dress shoes (unacceptable: athletic shoes, army boots, combat or work boots) Sandals: females only may wear black open-toe shoes or sandals Students will be dressed in this attire on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday of the trip.

13. State Conference Preparation TSA After School Sessions: Every Tuesday, & Thursday until 5:30pm. Some events may need to be completed early due to having a chapter runoff. –Due Date: Friday, March 12 –Communication Challenge (MS) –Promotional Design (MS)

State Conference Preparation Early Submission Events –Webmaster (HS) –Promotional Graphics (HS) –Website Design (HS) –Promotional Design (MS) After school TSA on April 13 & 14 will go until 7:00 pm (or later). –Students should be very close to completion of preparation for all events by this time.
