Some air handlers are as much as 50 years old. Replacement will increase efficiency and reduce the risk of service interruption.

Renovate Wagstaff Gym

Most of Wagstaff has not been renovated since construction in the 1960s. Renovation will improve accommodations for male and female sports.

Gentry Gym/Band Hall Flood What happened?What happened? –An expansion joint ruptured on the 185- degree, closed-loop system –A sprinkler head responded to excess heat –Entire gym floor and band hall were flooded What must happen nowWhat must happen now –Entire gym floor will be replaced by mid- February –Mechanical room strategies will prevent reoccurrence

Genecov Basement Flood What happened? –Hot water ductile supply line ruptured –Water and mud covered basement floor What must happen now –Water and mud was pumped from basement –Drywall is being replaced and walls will be painted –Infrastructure projects will replace existing pipelines and prevent reoccurrence
