4. HIMSS17 Dates February 19-23 rd at the Orange County Convention Center Exhibit Days February 20-22 nd (pending schedule)

5. General Timeline Top 100 selecting February 8 st -12 th via WebEx Remaining exhibitors have opportunity to select booth during HIMSS16 in booth selection room Monday February 29 th -Thursday March 3 rd February 1 st -second round of schedule for all companies who secured exhibit space after December 28 th

6. Top 100 Booth Appointments If you are selecting in the top 100, you will be notified via email with webinar information. Please note that all companies during that day will receive the same WebEx information, we just ask you to call in during your time frame. Please stick to schedule as we have back to back appointments scheduled for the entire day Can pick specialty areas in addition to booth space (IE Knowledge Centers, Cyber security, interoperability etc.)

7. On-Site Booth Selection Appointments ordered by HIMSS priority points Booth Selection will take place in room 405-406 of the convention center. There will be signage around show to direct you to this room or please visit any of our information desks. Please show up to appointment 5-10 minutes early to view floor plan before selecting you space.

8. On-Site Booth Selection Please be prepared to sign booth space contract (online) and put down booth deposit. Once you arrive at the room, there will be refreshments and information on where to go next. Can pick specialty areas in addition to booth space (IE Knowledge Centers, Cyber security, interoperability etc.)

9. What If I Can’t Make My Appointment? If your appointment is in the top 100, please work with your HIMSS sales account rep to schedule some time to select your space. If your appointment is onsite and you can not make it, feel free to come by the room as soon as you are able to. If you can’t attend HIMSS17 onsite booth selection, you can select your space starting Monday March 7 th

Booth Space Cost and Deposit (Onsite) Two Zones on floor, both are same price as last year’s rate (Premium and Zone 1) Specialty Areas: All specialty areas of the floor will have same pricing as HIMSS16 On-site deposit –Applies to booths selected between now and March 4, 2016 100 sq./ft.-$1,500 200-1,000 sq./ft.-$4,800 1,100-2,500 sq./ft.-$8,500 2,600 sq./ft. or above-$22,500 Remaining deposit –50% of total booth cost due by June 3 rd, 2016 –September 1 st 100% of booth space due

16. General Rules for Show Booth expansion is allowed No set floor plan but need to minimize floor slippage If you do have column in booth, HIMSS will compensate you for that column Main aisle spaces should be 70% as deep as booth is across aisle

17. Logistics Information Hall Height is 35 feet (except under bridge) and the maximum height for your booth is 24 feet. Bridge height is 18 foot, flat ceiling with no rigging. Max booth height is 16 feet in those areas. Columns can be wrapped if in booth, but need to leave specialty accessories (fire extinguisher medical equipment etc.) exposed Big Columns are approx. 6 feet in diameter, small are approx. 2 feet in diameter If hanging a sign next to the bridge, we recommend keeping that sign under 16 feet to maximize visibility Bridge will provide visibility into booths about 30 feet away from both sides. Keep this in mind if you want private meeting areas

18. HIMSS17 Booth Waitlist Wait List Rules: Must have a booth at HIMSS17 to be added to the wait list Booth moves are done based on priority points Once you have successfully moved once using the booth wait list, you will be removed from the list Wait list movements will take place until September 5, 2016 Exhibitor is responsible for the price difference in any booth move A booth downsize will not receive a refund for the difference in price To be placed on this list, please stop by check in desk in booth selection room

19. HIMSS17 Sponsorships Sponsorship renewal can happen during booth selection if you would like be sure to connect with your sales account manager Look out for HIMSS17 sponsorship information coming soon.

20. HIMSS18 HIMSS18 will be back in Las Vegas –March 5 th -9 th 2018 at Sands Expo Projecting to use set floor plan Projecting price increase for booth space Possibility to limit booth growth for exhibitors over 20x20 in size for HIMSS17
