WELCOA – Well City Requirements 2fr1 Task force of business and community leaders 20 employers representing 20% of the workforce commit to becoming Well Workplace Pre-application Submit 3-year strategic plan All companies must be WELCOA members and apply for Well Workplace Award sometime during the 3-year plan

Company Commitment 2fr1 Wellness Champion will attend a Well Workplace University (virtual). Organization will become a corporate member of the Wellness Council of WI. Assure the development and support of a wellness program in organization and utilize the Well Workplace checklist. Implement the Well Workplace Process for a minimum 12 month time period. Organization will submit an application for national Well Workplace recognition.

Well County La Crosse 2fr1 MISSION STATEMENT The Well County - La Crosse initiative will guide La Crosse County worksites to develop and sustain structured, results-oriented worksite wellness programs to enhance the health, safety and well-being of their workforce. (2015-2018)
