[Short Meeting Name], [Date], [Location]7 FP7-270180-NOPTILUS Deliverables Every deliverable is sent to 1 or 2 other partners (1 for internal delis, 2 for public ones) for peer review, 30 days before the delivery date. The partner responsible for the Deli, incorporates the reviewer’s comments and provides the revised Deli. More review rounds or external reviewers may be required for final approval of the Deli. Please do not under-estimate the fact that Delis are very crucial both for the progress of the project and the EC officers and reviewers A Deliverable template will be provided as part of the D1.1 (PMQ Plan) In case of a delay inform immediately the Coordinator (along with a «good» excuse)
