LaShawn Feimster and Darlene Harkins received Small Business Advocates Awards from NASA HQ along with the technical team for the SEWP V acquisition
Bruce’s Tsai’s article “Targeting Frivolous Bid Protests by Revisiting the Competition in Contracting Act’s Automatic Stay Provision” was published in the Fall NCMA Journal of Contract Management.   
Wanda Moore selected as NASA Representative in Government-wide CXO Fellowship Program
Eric Newman completed his 6-month detail at JSC for the Agency Mid- Level Leadership Program (MLLP)

102 Templates/Exhibits have been developed, posted and continue to be maintained on 210 Website including: D&Fs, Sole Source Justifications and Letter RFPs, GFP and Option Exercise Memos, FFP Pricing Exhibits, RFP/DRFP Cover Letters, BPA Checklists, SEB/IET Appointment Memos, GSA Competitive Order RFQ and more.
Clause Finder continues to be updated and improved with new features
Conducted In-House Procurement Training on topics such as Metadata, 533 Analysis Process, Foreign Acquisitions, Government Property, Templates, Debriefings, Award Fee Process, DD254s, Prenegotiation/Negotiation Summaries, and Price Reasonableness for Simplified Acquisitions
External Customer Training on procurement related topics to the OCFO, Flight Projects Directorate – Code 400.
Issued new GSFC Circular regarding Blanket Purchase Agreements and updated GSFC Circulars on Escalation Rates, Award Fee, JOFOCs, Government Property, and the R&A Matrix
Successfully supported an ISO Surveillance Audit, 2 NQA audits for ICESat-II and SCNS, and a Safety IFO audit
Successfully avoided potential strike situations on ETIS II, SCNS, and WICC II
NASA/GSFC Debriefing process recognized as a best practice in NASA and Federal Government, with presentations at multi-agency acquisition workshops, HQ Procurement Webinar, and Agency Procurement Conference

18. Major Non-Competitive Accomplishments
Awarded 2 additional units for VIIRS and CrIS instruments for the JPSS-3 and JPSS- 4 missions.
Processing actions for 2 additional units for ATMS and OMPS instruments for the JPSS-3 and JPSS-4 missions. 
Developing13 science team contracts for the Formulation Science Investigation Teams for the WFIRST mission.  These teams will work for 5 years with the NASA and Project teams on science requirements, mission design and scientific performance predictions for the mission.
Developing Phase A contracts for five (3 Astrophysics Small Explorer missions and 2 Explorer Missions of Opportunity) recent NASA Explorers Program selections to conduct focused scientific investigations and develop instruments that fill the scientific gaps between the Agency’s larger missions. 
Developing Phase A contracts for two recent Discovery Program selections for LUCY and DAVINCI missions.

19. Other Major Accomplishments
Exceeded Small Business Goal of 22.1% - actual achievement for FY15 was 26.5%.
Closed out 2088 contractual vehicles division-wide.

20. Programmatic Achievements/Launches
Significant procurement workload across entire Division to support launches:
Awarded a construction contract for a new Mission Launch Command Center to support WFF launches.  The MLCC is being constructed in anticipation of the Antares launch, currently scheduled for June 2016. 
In preparation for an October 14, 2016 launch, all GOES-R instruments were successfully delivered to the Spacecraft Contractor for integration and test.
Numerous contract actions ongoing to support OSIRIS-Rex launch in September 2016

21. CY 16 Code 210 Division Priorities
Pursue hiring in order to achieve and maintain approved staffing levels
Continue preparation for transition of Simplified Acquisition function to NSSC in October 2016, to ensure that our buyers have opportunities to succeed and quality of work is maintained
Continue Workplace Climate initiatives
Implement recommendations from Climate Advisory Team
Action plan follow-up from supervisory feedback surveys
Implement Code 210 Shadowing Program
Work with HQ, other Centers to implement Procurement BSA initiatives
Continue emphasis on NASA HQ reporting metrics, with focus on Lead-times for competitive acquisitions, CPARS, closeouts
