2. We believe that the main use of Maintain Pupil Premium will be for schools to supplement the DPP and SCP information with LAP (Looked After Premium) information provided by the LA. However, schools could also use the functionality to add DPP and SCP information for their new intake pupils.

4. Maintain Pupil Premium displays the full picture of what has been stored via the import routine. The Ac Yr 1 and Ac Yr 2 columns show how we have divided the financial year information between the two academic years that it intersects. This makes it possible for us to provide filters on academic years as well as financial years

5. The display can be copied to a HTML report, which can then be copied to spreadsheets for further analysis. This information is also available in the reporting dictionary 5
