Maintain Pupil Premium Information
2
We believe that the main use of Maintain Pupil Premium will be for schools to supplement the DPP and SCP information with LAP (Looked After Premium) information provided by the LA. However, schools could also use the functionality to add DPP and SCP information for their new intake pupils.
4
Maintain Pupil Premium displays the full picture of what has been stored via the import routine. The Ac Yr 1 and Ac Yr 2 columns show how we have divided the financial year information between the two academic years that it intersects. This makes it possible for us to provide filters on academic years as well as financial years
5
The display can be copied to a HTML report, which can then be copied to spreadsheets for further analysis. This information is also available in the reporting dictionary 5
6
The HTML report needs to be kept just as secure as the CSV files, so you might decide to use the same folder as used those files. 6

We can improve the format and enter formulas for calculation. At the moment we only have DPP from the DfE CSV files in the system, so it is easy to calculate the expected funding. 16

We can sum the FTEs 18
19
The full time funding is £900 at the moment 19
20
Multiply the FTE by the full time funding and you get the expected funding 20

We can add records and in this case we will add LAP records 22

Melanie now has a record for DPP and LAP in the same financial year. I doubt if such multiple Premiums will be common, but they are possible so we have allowed for them 32
