5. The accommodation The mill has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two fitted kitchen, living area with open fireplace, and has been designed so that it can be split into three independent apartments. There are many authentic and original features in the mill such as stained glass window and mosaic tiles. There are two outbuildings, one close to the main house, both have water connected to them and electricity connection can easily be extended to the latter house.

Mojacar, around a 40 minute drive, has international restaurants, all manner of shops, supermarkets and a four star hotel. The city of Almeria is 100 kms away. From the port it is possible to take the boat over to Africa.

15. Location There is an International rail link going in linking Madrid and Barcelona to Vera and Almeria city. It is said to be the fastest railway in Europe. It will be possible to connect to the rest of Spain and Europe. Almeria airport is 35 minutes and the city 40 minutes. 10 minute drive to the town of Carboneras and six beaches.
