PACKAGE SEARCH This search is for UI business packages only. Haven’t received a package that should be there? Checked your building mail stop and it’s not there? Checked with the your department’s mail person? Searched the external carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS) and it says delivered. Thinking about calling CMS to see where your package is? This is the link for you!
6
Locating a missing package is simple with the CMS package tracking system. Enter your tracking number in the Quick Item ID Search box and click on the Search button.
7
Search results will appear at the top of the page showing the tracking number, destination, status of your package and date and time of the status.
8
Item history will be at the bottom of the page and show: RECEIVE-the package has been received from the external carrier at CMS SORT-CMS staff has electronically scanned the package noting the intended delivery location and physically sorting it for delivery DELIVERED-the package has reached its delivery location on campus and has been scanned. Other status search results may be MYSTERY MAIL or PERSONAL MAIL; please email CMS if your package has either one of these status results.

To exit this screen you can exit your browser or use the browser’s back arrow to go back to the Logon screen.
