3 Tasks Each group was asked to: o Review the ‘picture of your population’. What did this tell them? Are there any gaps? Discuss which order the priorities should be in for their area. Agree/debate the order of priorities as a group. Consider: are there services that every area needs? Any gaps? Any services not required in their area? Any services that they would expand?

Messages Services that support natural process – support people to live as want to, not pulling people in Spend more on social care, especially preventative work Preventative services currently limited to hospital (return to home) Information advice & guidance – people need to know what is out there Care navigators – people need to be linked to community services Measure people’s health in terms of happiness not illness Preventative services/community hub that goes across all issues & client groups Rural = lack of adequate public transport, greater wealth?
