Site Visit- Anytime Hospital Their overall experience with vendor is good. The new system has increased the workflow. They are satisfied with the vendor’s service- good customer services quick response professional supporting staff Training Radiologists/Physicians: one-on-one training Technologists/system administrators: train-the-trainer (superusers)

Conclusion With a new PACS implementation: Increase the satisfaction of the staff Providing higher quality of patient care More patients, increase soft-dollar and hard-dollar
