REQUIREMENTS Elementary school teachers instruct children from grades 1-8. All teachers must hold both a bachelor's degree and a state teaching license or certification to work in public schools. Teacher education programs, internships or training may also be required. Some elementary teachers also earn a master's degree.

DAY OF A TEACHER Teachers wake up go to school and teach all day. Elementary teachers teach the same students all day long, but high school teachers teach different students throughout the day. I don’t think I will take a different career path but if I did I would be a high school chemistry teacher. Your location is at a school and time schedule is usually between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. The only thing I would dislike about this career is sometimes kids are hard to work with.
